Student

    1. Go to Paging Request (left sidebar)

    2.Choose your Professor

    3. If the professor is available, you can page them. If not, they are not within their consultation hours.

    4. Fill-up the necessary information and the reason.

    5. Click Submit.

    6. Kindly wait for your professor to take action of your request.

    Yes. You’ll get an notification once the professor make action on it.

    You will receive an SMS Notification regarding of the status of your paging request with your professor.

    You can send your queries at globalcitypaging@gmail.com for concerns regarding the current paging system.

    It might take days for the response but rest assure you we will fix it as soon as possible.

    The purpose of this paging system is to streamline student-to-professor communication for consultations, keep everything organized and trackable, and provide fair, scheduled, and auditable interactions.

Teacher

    1. Login to your professor account.

    2.Once you're logged in, you can see in the dashboard the list of query of paging request, along with the history of paging requests.

    NOTE: If you still can't access to your account, click Forgot Password in the Log in.`

    No. The Program Head will set your consultation schedule and availability for organized scheduling.

    In the dashboard, there will be three buttons:

    Approved – Once you click this, it means you allow the student to have a consultation request.

    In the Meeting – You notify that you are currently in the meeting from other agenda or another consultation request.

    Wait for – You notify the student to wait for at least 10 minutes. However, once you didn't click approved, it will still marked as missed.

    The consultation request of the student will marked as missed. Be mindful as program heads and admin can monitor if there are many missed consultations in your department`

Program Heads

    1. Login to your program head account.

    2.Once you're logged in, you can see in the dashboard the list of your professors in the department.

    3. In the Paging Request, you can monitor the history of paging request within your department.

    NOTE: If you still can't access to your account, click Forgot Password in the Log in.`

    Yes. You can add, update, delete, message, or reactivate/deactivate professor accounts under your program.

    1. Paging Request of the Professors will be list in the Paging Requests.

    Yes. Most importantly, you can set the consultation schedule of the professors for paging outside the faculty room.
